Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I orderd a cardigan from shein app, and did not like the quality, so I asked for refund. They gave me a refund of 1235 in shein account, later I used it in ordering two onesies. They themselves rejected the order, I never received the order and on the order status it was written refused, I complained for the same but they told me to wait, I will get my refund of 1235 back and I can reorder those. I checked my wallet today, I had only 19rs in that, when I complained they blocked me and said you are already provided with the refund. I would like you to please help me get my money back, they are cheaters and are not giving my money back. Please help

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
