Complaint regarding refund from Zomato

Not received refund from zomato. Rs 922. I ordered food from Zomato, but the restaurant cancelled it due to non availability of food items. The total cost is INR 922, I had been continuously following up via email they only provide complaint id but has resolved it yet. Also all they contact details on website are not active or not valid this is a serious issue which also needs to be taken care. Await for your kind support. Thank you

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
