Online Data Entry job offers from Prime Solutions

On 10th September around 3pm I received a call, the lady on the other end introduced herself as Pxxxxa and she is calling from Prime Solutions stating that they’re providing part time online job. As I was looking for a job I agreed. She asked me to send one of my ID proofs to her mail id so I took photo of my Voter ID and sent it to her mail. After 10 minutes she again called and said that verification call will be made to you and you are not supposed to utter a single word in that. She also said that you are not required to pay anything. When the verification call came, there was some disturbance at my side and I could not hear clearly, so I just said yes to their questions. After few minutes I received a mail stating call verification is successfully completed and you’ll receive your work load. The next day they sent me an agreement and an acceptance letter via mail stating I’m supposed to complete 1000 forms in the duration of 10 days, Rs. 20 for each form and and salary will be Rs. 20000,and the minimum forms to be completed is 900 if I fail to do that I have to pay them Rs. 5200 as registeration fee. I didn’t take it seriously as the executive has already told me that I do not have to pay anything. I got my work load on 11th September and the last date to submit is 21st September. In between that they never made a call or mail to me. I completed more than 950 forms within that period and the rest just for formality as the system did not accept 950 forms. On 23rd September around 2pm I received a call from the company but this time a male executive was on line. He said my work load failed their quality check and I need to pay them their registration fee. When I told him that their executive who approached me told I do not have to pay anything he asked me to send that recording. When I said I didn’t record that, he urged me to pay the registration fee. When I denied to pay, he disconnected the call stating you’ll receive legal notice. And within 5 minutes, I received a mail stating I have to pay Rs. 10500,
Rs. 5200 – registration fee & Rs. 5300 – court charges and on failure of which I need to present myself in Delhi court. The next day, that is on 24th September, I received another mail asking me to pay Rs. 24496 with few sections. Then I started looking for a solution on the internet and someone suggested me to register a complaint on India Consumer Forum. I’ve attached the agreement copy they sent to me via email with this complaint and also provided all numbers and mail id through which they contacted me
