Complaint regarding sale of furniture on Quikr bazaar

I had paid Quikr Rs 8500 for a furniture on Quikr bazaar but the seller turned out to be fraud. He asked for OTP without delivering furniture and when I refused, he refused to sell the product. Now my money is stuck with Quikr and they are not responding to any of my communication.
