Complaint regarding services by Kashmir Travel package team

This is complaint regarding the travel agent https[:]//www.overseasholidays.in/ where in I have booked the kashmir package for April 22 to April 28 and we have paid Rs.3000 as token advance for this full package as per travel representative request she said you just nee to pay this 3K and balance during the tour and after reaching kashmir.

But as due to some personal reason we have cancel this package and informed them on 10th March well in 50 days advance. And as per cancel policy they have retained 25 % of advance money and balance 75 % to be return back.

Now they are saying that this was token not advance, but i have clearly what up message of their representative that you have to pay only 3K as advance and balance during the tour and after reaching kashmir

Sir i request you to note this complaint and take strict action against this tourism and get my money back

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
