Complaint regarding servicing Aqua guard water purifier

I purchased aqua guard water purifier Aug 15 2022, last two months back water purifier water leakage problem started,, from last two months i am calling to customer care,,, but no one coming and repairing, still the problem not solved, in 6 months ,, they have to come give service once, thats also not done, please solve the problem

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
