Complaint regarding fraud data entry job offers

I am a student and I have recently lost 1500 through online work from home first they said that for registration fee of rs 799 and i paid for that after gain they said the seat is limited and again you have to pay for security charges rs699 i paid for that also after that they are not responding my call and not replying my message too …..so I need a help ???? what should I do now please do something ???? i need a refund money back ????????

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
