I bought the Sony C4 phone on 9/11/2015. In coming months i faced issue with display(it operates on its own frequently) for which i submitted my phone to service center Chaitanya Sony Service center pune Pimpri chinchwad. The support person told me that in all the sony C4 devices this problem is occuring and they will reply my phone but they didnt. My bother’s phone has the same problem for which the sony service center replaced it.
In the first year only i submitted my phone 3 to 4 times. They changes display and motherboard and battery many times but the problem is as it is. I have attached the emails which i sent to the service center, plus sony India team but they did nothing. You will find all the information in the emails but still if you need any other information please contact me on phone or email. I started the email communication since June2016 for resolution. Currently my headset is with service center only and they are asking me money to fix this. Please help.
