I have applied for life time free credit card when asked by an axis bank associative at our office.They mentioned it is life time free credit card.But when I get the details in net banking, it is showing annual charges are there and they raised 2 cards when I applied for only one.SO I called customer care to cancel it.They told me that they will cancel it once I tell the courier person to return the cards to the bank.Now, they are changing their words and telling that I need to bear the annual charges 1770x 2 = 3540.
