Complaint regarding youbroadband connection

I have taken broadband connection from Youbroadband. They have shifted the connection to my new flat as above after payment of Rs. 650. Since then the ;data is not being downloaded properly. The complaint is sent to them many times on email. I tried to contact their customer care number but i could not get the connection. Now the data is not coming. The company shall immediately attend to the problem since internet is not coming this is causing lot of problem. The account No. is 1433859

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
