Complant regarding less cashback on Axisbank Flipkart card

As promised by axis bank whenever you are buying any flipkart assured product from flipkart website using flipkart axis bank credit card you are elligible for 5% unlimited cashback, but in my recent two specific transaction they processed me only 1.5% cashback. I already asked their costumer service what are the reason but they are not responding me genuinely. i got a cashback INR127 insead of INR424 against a INR8499 transaction on 23rd march 2022 and got another cashback INR 93 instead of INR 310 against a INR6201 transaction on 15th april 2022.
