we were regular customer of Big Bazar, Aurangabad. we were using Profit card for long. Just before a month or two of Closing of Big Bazar at Aurangabad, were were cheated by BigBazar representative by selling this profit membership well knowing that Big Bazar at this location is going to close.

Both are max used in for one month or two only before the Bigbazar closes at location.
Request to please provide process how i can get my refund. Even customer care number on card not working.
