Fraud sales on instagram online purchasing account

sir i paid 2250Rs today to @princessyouofficial account which has whatsapp number is 8xxxxxxxxxx1 and number where i pay paytm number is 9xxxxxxx6. this is fraud account who`s take my money and not booked my order and not return my money please help to get my money back please.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
