No credit received from Zomato for cancelled order

Zomato pro promised credit on 3rd October but didn’t added yet. Value: 231. I ordered food from zomato on 2nd October but my order was cancelled after 50minutes by ZOMATO. So I contacted them and they promised me 185+46credits in my zomato wallet for the inconvenience caused but when I chat with the agents they are asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. It’s been 16days and I still didn’t get the credit. Order number 1890865351
