GTPL broadband not shifting connection

We moved from Rajkot to Gandhinagar recently and have submitted a shifting connection request since 15 days(.i.e. 12 working days have passed).
Every time we call , they tell me that the request is in progress and it will take 5 working days. Since the last 7 days , they are telling me I will recieve a call from the technician today but it never happens. They are not giving me other contact info about higher authority so that I can’t complain to their. This way they are completely ignoring me .Everyday I call them and recrecieveieve the same reply.

Please inform them of this and take action so that no future customer receives such false service and my complaint get resolved to.
