Then The Supplier Asked Me To Ship The Clock Back To Them, Which I Did. Then They Sent Me Another Clock At A Higher Price, The Difference Price Of Rs. 447/-. I Paid A Total Of Rs. 5,519/-. The Second Clock Also Came With Manufacturing Defects. Photos Attached, Clock 2.
After This Second Attempt, I Demanded A Refund To Which The Company Is Not Agreeing. They Are Forcing Me To Accept The Repaired/Rectified Clock.
I Gave Them Two Chances To Ship Me A Good Quality Undamaged Product. They Failed Two Times. I Am Now Not Willing To Spend Money On Such A Product/Manufacturer. I Want A Full Refund Of Rs. 5,519/-
