I am reaching out to you for my continuous displeasure with the SITI Broadband service provider. My renewal of wifi was due by 15/12/2021 at 11.59PM. I did my recharge through the portal: https://myindinet.indinet.co.i
The rep was at least to his knowledge and asked me to send an email to their support team at email@example.com with a screenshot of my bank statement or the SMS notification from my bank showing that the money got debited, post which they will review and get back to me after their office opens at 10AM.
This is one of the many concerns with this broadband service that I and many like me are facing. They are simply fraud and running a scam!!
In this era of realtime payment modes, i dont think a broadband provider will be so bogus and callous to give such a long turn around time. Specially when you are taking a Prepaid service, your account should be renewed as soon as it is paid.
The most alarming fact about this business is when I pay them with my bank card, they dont show it as a card payment, instead, they put the name of the local retailer on the recharge history as if some one came to collect the money at home!
Out of all the broadband providers, I think they have the least rating in GOOGLE(2.01) and I request you to step in and see the reviews as there are many who are suffering like me. i will definitely get switched over to a better provider soon but before I do, I think it’s moral to report them to your respected and reputed authority for an audit on their business policy and culture. India is still a developing country only because some businesses still indulge on undeveloped practices.
