Non-delivery of product by Flipkart

I ordered a mi-a 3 from flipkart on 19th of march 2020,but due to nationwide lockdown the delivery date of product kept on moving till 6th june 2020. but , my product has not been delivered till date. i called flipkart tens of time but could’nt get any satisfactory reply, they kept promising the solution of my problem on future dates as 10th, 11th,13th,15th,16th ,20th and now 22nd. the call operators don’t know the status of my order themselves. now, i have fed up calling them again  and again. i have instinct that the company committed fraud with me. i purchased this phone to gift it to my son-in-law but due to flipkart’s failure of delivery, i am facing a lot of insult. i have all the call recordings with me in which different dates are promised. kindly look into into the matter and get me  my order asap.
