Online Fraud By eleganty.in via instagam

I ordered a fleece legging on 4 January 2024 after watching a reel on Instagram by buyer www.eleganty.in. As per order I should receive 3 pieces in 999 Indian rupees. After giving order I was added in a whats app group and started receiving the updates. I have attached a copy of all my chats as a file I received the order on 8 January but did not receive the same product. Moreover i received only 1 piece which is fake and useless. Kindly help
