Bought AMC from Eureka Water RO Service in NOIDA on 02.04.2023. Till date we could get only 1 service. after repeated calls and watsapp message, we hardly get any response. Some times even phone is not reachable. For last 4 days i am constantly calling the person to which i paid the initial Rs 6360 , but i could not get any service. It is too frustrating and draining energy. I call for the cancellation of agency and request all to not taking any such AMC. better to get the service on visit basis.
