Parcel not delivered even after 2 years

One of friends had send me a parcel to India fro us on May 2015 and the same parcel has been stuck in custom for almost 2.5 years , same parcel was sent to my mentioned address on 27th may 2017 but due to some reason it was not delivered but now i check the status it is still lying in saraswati vihar S O.

Saraswati vihar courier boy told me to visit DIMC and same i follow but now DIMC people said the parcel is in saraswati vihar & when i contact to them again on phone they said through bag number EBD0013988323 we had already send it to somewhere in Gurgaon branch (also attaching the record for this ) And when contacted in Gurgaon branch they confirm we haven’t received any parcel
