Payment not release from shine data Entry work

I apply for job on Quicker and one person from shine give me data entry work (on 20 Nov 2020 ) I complete all the work (on 26 Nov 2020)at time with accuracy as they asked. After competing work they ask for 3999/- for payment release. Please help me for take my payment form that.
