Pending payment for completed tasks on Pick My Work app

I am Omm Prakash Swain and I work as a task partner on the “Pick My Work” mobile app. I have successfully completed multiple tasks assigned through their platform. However, my payments for some tasks have not been credited, even after completing all required steps. Specifically:
1. Airtel Payments Bank – ?150 still pending (Lead status stuck since 15th June 2025)
2. Groww Mutual Fund – Task added on 12th June 2025 is also still in ‘Pending’ status
I have tried contacting the support team through the app and email, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This delay is affecting my trust and income.
I am attaching screenshots as proof and request that the concerned authorities take action against this irresponsible handling of task earnings.
I request the consumer forum to kindly intervene and help in getting my rightful payment.
