I am writing to formally regarding services from Graged Global Immigration for immigration consultancy.
I had availed their services with the understanding that they would assist me with the immigration process. Based on their assurances and promises, I made a payment of INR 1,00,000. However, after receiving the payment, the company stopped responding to my calls and messages. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there has been no proper communication, and the commitments made initially have not been honored.
It is clear that the company has willfully misled me with false promises, and has failed to provide any genuine services in return for the amount paid. Furthermore, their representatives are now displaying unprofessional and dismissive behavior.
This conduct not only violates the principles of ethical business practices but also amounts to fraud and financial exploitation. I demand the immediate refund of the entire amount paid. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter legally and report this to the Consumer Court, Police (Cyber Crime Division), and other relevant authorities.
