Poor service by Xiaomi service center Baner Pune

Unqualifed and unprofessional staff at Xiaomi Baner Pune center have broken motherboard chip of my MI Note 4 mobile while changing its display on 19 Dec 2018.

My phones screen was cracked but I could make and receive calls, touch, WIFI, bluetooth etc.. everything was working fine before I gave my mobile for repair to this service center. Just the screen had scratches.

Technician Guys at service center took mobile for changing screen but while changing it they bent motherboard chip (which they agreed that its their and said this happens with 0.01 customers). Due to their mistake they we giving 30-50% discount on new motherboard. Also they we blaming that your mobile is not under warranty now and this can happen.

I said no, why should I pay more as it wasn’t with my phone earlier.
I trusted certified service center over local shops and now the phone is dead and Xiaomi is not helping much. Can you please help in this matter.
