Realme is not repairing my TV under warranty period

I purchased a Realme TV on 15th October 2020. In september 2021 the TV stopped working properly and there were lines being displayed on entire screen. I reached to customer care executive on 12th September 2021 and booked an appointment to repair the Tv . Appointment no. is SA2109120387. They said, a technician will visit to your house within 3 days but no technician visited in given time period. I called them again on 17th September and they asked for 3 days again. A technician visited on 20th september . He checked the TV and said that he is ordering the parts to repair the tv but i may take 10-15 days for the parts to arrive . Same day the customer service called me and said the same thing about the parts.
15 days passed but there was no progress in the process . I reached to the customer service again and they asked for some days to give any information about the process. 3days later they called me and asked for some  more time.  More than 1 month has passed but there is no information from their end.
They are harassing the consumer.
