I have paid for new connection for 3 months through online payment 1767 in Hyderabad on 9th October 2021. They accepted money with out checking feasibility of their service in my allocation(given address), later said we can’t provide service at that location. raised a complain for refund and they said the refund will initiated with in 7 to 10 days, till today almost its been 15 days completed till now I havent received my refund, every time I raised a complete for refund, iam getting new service ID, but they are not refunding the amount {before paying the amount I asked them is the internet is available or not and they said if it is not available the money will not accept, it automatically reject, but it is trash dont believe for money they will say any thing}
please refund my amount.
looking for good refund service policy.
