Regarding delay in delivery by Patanjali

I had ordered groceries worth 1192 rs on 05th may 2020. And i wanted to update some products quantity so cancelled instantly but till now i havent received any refund. Its been 14 days approximetely. When i talked to their customer care they say that there is no deadline for refund. I think they dont have any intention to return the money soon. Also i thaught that they will refund in few days so i ordered grocery again on 7th may 2020 worth 1164 rs. Order no is 6183791249 . Till now they havent dispatched order. Everytime after calling they give false promise of delivery. Their website shows order is in “checking stage ” till now.. I wonder how long they gonna take to deliver the order. My all money is with them and i am out of groceries. Now how can i buy grocery without money. I dont have aa johb right now due to lockdown. Should i lodge case against patanjali?
