I placed an order for Pylobis Tablets to pharmeasy.in by using App PharmEasy vide order on 5th May 2020 by paying Rs1632/-to them. It was due to be delivered on or before 16-05-2020. I am receiving messages from them every day stating that the delivery Complaint regarding non-delivery by pharmeasywould be delayed by one day . Like that, they sent me several messages to me till today . They stretched the date up to 24-05-2020 . Every day ,It has become harassment for me to see those messages. They are neither cancelling the order or delivering it I am here with sending the correspondence with them requesting them to cancel. But they are refusing to cancel it and stretching the date every day up to today .. I therefore request you to direct the them to cancel the order and refund the money with compensation to me immediately ..
