Regarding fraud job offers and demand for money

I m studying in UG. So I m writing this because 5 days before I got an msg to work in vertex solutions company but they didnt inform me anything about rules and regulations. After 5 days they again msged and sent a notice in pdf to me after that i paid 4700 3 times after that they again asking money to close and after they are saying it is refundable. So i m requesting you to pls help me regarding this and also I lost nearly 1 lakh for this

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
