Regarding poor services from education institute

It’s been one month since I joined the  institute. The institute is not providing me any classes. I joined the institute on one condition that i want the physical presence of  the teacher. I called the co-ordination manager, regional manager but all in vain. None of them are providing me any concrete region and result. The institute calls me at 6:30 in the morning only to tell me that call will happen online.  Even after asking multiple doubts the trainer is limited to his official hours.  They have clearly mentioned in their website that refund will be provided if and only if the event doesn’t occur. But now they claim that refund is not an option. There are around 12 people i have contacted and they all are unhappy and feel cheated.
