Regarding products delivered by Myntra

I ordered DAMENCH men pack of 2 Solid Deodorizing Trunks DAM-CTS-T-TYR-PEB-PACK-2-MIX size- XL , DAMENCH men pack of 3 Solid Deodorizing Trunks DAM-ASP-T-AG-WR-SB size -XL from MYNTRA on 9 MAY 2022 and received them on 15 MAY 2022 but packing of inside products are open and quality is also not the same what was expected and not even the size of the product is same and now Myntra is refusing to return those products or refunding the amount
