Regarding refund from Edurific Online Classes

Please help! Currently, I am staying in UK however I am from Bangalore. My India number is active but I have kept it switched off.

This is regarding a firm called:

Issue:
I have enrolled my 6 yr old daughter with Mumbai based coding company for an online course. They gave me “up to 100% money-back guarantee” certificate. For more than a month no class is happening. I have enrolled in 49 class sessions and only 13 happened.

Trying to reach them but for a month kept on misleading me for not returning my money. I am not sure if they are doing the same with other parents.

Request to please help me get me my money back on a pro rata basis and kindly check if this is a fake money-making company that keeps people in trouble.
