Complaint regarding refund due from Makemytrip

My flight booking was cancelled due to lockdown and at MMT website is shows money was refunded to wallet linked to account 91xxxxxxx5, this is my friend contact and he has booked tickets on my behalf. but he has never received money in his account. My friend name is sxxxxl kxxxxxr mxxxxxa.

He called them multiple times and now he is fed up regarding this, that’s why i am filing complaint on this portal.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
