I am staying in Dubai for Job purpose. I have supposed to book return ticket from Pune to Dubai (for my Wife and Son). I tried to book on Spice jet Website on 15-Oct-2022. But the ticket amount (3364.00 AED) from credit card got debited without generating PNR no or Ticket. For this same I raised complaint to spice jet which details attached with this complaint. Till date I am calling to customer care and sending mails to verify and revert back if any doubt or issue. But No reply. I am getting financial charges for the said amount by bank.
I have sent mail with details of transaction but no response.
Also, I called customer care from Dubai around ten times but no proper reply (as there server always down. It cost me 20 rupees per minute to me.
Request you please look into the matter and resolve issue as early as possible
