I have filled up the online form for elephant and jeep safari in Kaziranga through Kazirangaadventures.com in Nov 2017. My safari date is 23rd jan 2018 for 6 adults. I have called them several times reading the confirmation of the booking. They have asked me to wait as they are busy with December 2017 booking. Today when i called them regarding the booking firstly they said that all seats are booked and that they havent received any mail without even checking. Then after giving a brief of the previous conversation they said that they have seats for 23rd of Jan 2018. They asked me to wait. I told them that without even checking you said that you didnt receive the mail. Then they disconnected the phone saying that to book from a different agent or from hotel, they have many tourist and wont book our safari.
