Regarding TDR repudiated by IRCTC

On 28/10/2018, I booked a ticket in 07006 for 29/10/2018 and it was scheduled to depart at 07:00am from Raipur Jn. However, the train was delayed by more than 15 hours, so I did not travel by this train and also filed a TDR against it on 29/10/2018 08:38Hrs. TDR reference No. is 100000277284774. PNR No. 2544477352

Passengers did not travelled and my TDR got repudiated stating passenger travelled. Again i mailed to different customer care mails no response.I can prove the passenger had travelled , but on the same day passenger travelled in Orange travellers bus . How can They say passenger travelled ?? In actual passenger didnot travelled on this particular train
