I shifted from Chandigarh to dehradun and wanted to close my dongal since dehradun does not have 3G reliance towers and hence the dongal was not working. It took me good 15-20 days to get the procedure done. Firstly the customer care people never picked the call. I went to the service provider from where i had bought the dongal, they gave me the number of appellate authority, the appellate authority people then asked me to go to the nearby reliance centre(dehradun) which i did and from there i was again asked to go the centre in chandigarh. Deapite not using the dongal for even a single day this month i had to pay an amount of rupees 1000. The attitude of these service providers is pathetic towards the customer and there is no resolution time limit.
