I deposited ?100 in a mobile gaming application called “Bolly Game” and earned ?300 profit. When I attempted to withdraw the profit, I mistakenly entered an incorrect bank account number in the app. I was not aware of this mistake and the platform shows the withdrawal as “successful.”
Later, I contacted the customer care team of Bolly Game, who informed me that the money was transferred and cannot be refunded even though the bank details were incorrect. They are refusing to take responsibility or return the money to my game wallet.
This is highly irresponsible and unfair. The platform should have verified bank details or provided a refund if the account number was invalid. I suspect that this platform may not be legally registered in India and may be putting other users at financial risk.
I request the India Consumer Forum to kindly investigate the matter and take strict action against the company for mishandling user funds and denying a genuine refund.
