Wrong product delivered by Snapdeal

I had ordered sony mdr xb 55ap from snapdeal at rs 1085 (mrp 2460) .. When i got this iteam and open the box i found that they had send me a duplicate ordinary brand earphones.. Now i am emailing them consistently .. They reply the same thing always that your request has been accepted.. They are neither returning the product nor refunding my money.. Please help if any one can. Order no. 20722491298
