Shop charging more than mrp for bottled water

Overpriced Packaged Water Bottle. I with some of my friends visited Pier 33 (Address: Road no. 46, Besides Durgam Cheruvu, Opp BR Ambedkar Open University, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500033) on June 18, 2017. We ordered a water bottle which was priced at 97 INR in the bill which is a clear violation of Section 36 of Legal Metrology Act.
