Refund not received for unsuccessful JIO recharge

I am using Jio mobile number 7xxxxxxxxx8. I recharged my number with 309 on 29.04.2017 and again on 30.04.2017 both the recharged were not credited to my account. Both the recharges were done through myjio app on my mobile and after each unsuccessful recharge i called jio customer care and told them the situation. Both the time they gave me the suggestion that the refund will be done to my account automatically and i should recharge my phone again. Then on 01.05.2017 i again recharged my phone through paytm and this time it got successful. After this i have called and mailed jio regarding the refund everytime i am getting the mail from jio that they have not received the payment but i also contacted my bank and bank confirmed with the merchant that the payment was successful.
Its been more than 2 months and i am not getting my refund back.
