Travolook not paying refund even after 3 months

I was trying to book the air ticket from Mumbai to nagpur from travolook but they deducted the money but ticket is not booked and they have not even refunded the money. Inspite so many mails and messages. I only get the message that u will get ur refund in 7 days but nothing is refunded. They are really a fraud company. I booked the ticket in april 2021 and now its August 2021 but still waiting for my refund. Please help me in this.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
