I bought OneOdio headphones from amazon, in august last year. Last week, I started facing issues with the headphone, so I tried to contact them for repair service, as my headphones are still under warranty. I went to their site, but there we no phone number given, and only 2 email addresses. One for warrant claim and other for customer support. I emailed them both, got my warranty activated from the former, but there is no reply from the customer service email. I can’t get my headphones fixed from them. I would like to get my headphones fixed under the warranty, that is still ongoing.
