Unfair charges by Bajaj Finance

i have taken phone form bajaj finance limited  that account for loan amount 23,990/-  i have made down payment of 7197 and i have clear all balance amount also but again and is charging in my account last time i have inform to bajaj finance limited office in shimoga and i have email also send to gxxxxxxxxxxxxm@bajajfinserv.in his given replay to me still u have bounce and other charges if u want to clear u have to make 1350 amount so i have made 1350/ rupees online again his charge 2 times 2399 x 2 total 4798 amount debited in my account on 31/08/2019 and 03/09/2019 please help me out to make a complaint against fraud bajaj finance  ltd before also almost 6000/- rupees charged  total his charged me extra 10.000/- rupees i have attached his email also which has been sent to me
