Dear sir. I purchased bicycle from snapdeal using my credit card. Instead bike, they have sent me some gym items. So I applied for cancel and refund. Nobody has visited my place or called, but they are updating status as failed to contact. I contacted their customer care but no help. Please help me in getting my money back.
