Apple Products a nightmare for middle class customers

Earlier i was a proud owner of iphone 6s till the time it fell down from my hand trying to attend a call. That day i wasn’t sure it will be the last day i will be using iphone what happened after ward i am sure from my end that i will not be using this product in future. When i lifted the phone i saw small crack on the left most side bottom. Although i had a tampered glass on it. I was disheatened by it and thought of taking it to the service center, since it was still under warrenty period. I purchased the phone on September 2017 and this issue happened on June 2018. Although before this issue my phone was behaving abnormally as it was getting heated up and battery was getting drained very fast. But once it fell down it started coming more frequently. I was not able to get the call as it was getting heated up and phone is getting disconnected. Now the fun side begins, fun for service guys and trauma for me. I went to inorbit mall Whitefield , Bangalore. I told him my concern, they looked at my phone, checked it from there end and told me there is no internal damage but since there is a crack you need to bear the screen cost and we will cover warrenty after that. They told the screen cost Rs 14500/-. There was a customer at service center who told me he faced the same issue and they told him 18000 for iphone 5s. He told there is a shop in Indiranagar and they will fix it with way less amount then what the apple service center is charging but immediately service guy told if you change the screen there then they will not cover the warrenty.

After giving a lot of thought, i thought to go ahead with service center guy and bear the screen cost as it was only 6 months old. After 1 week i gave the same phone to them paying the amount of Rs 14600/-. you need to pay more actually more than the phone cost. I was too disheartened and shattered and my world went upside down. When i cross questioned him they started repeating the same thing there is an internal damage.

I know this will also go like any other complaints but then also i wanted to post it. Since the Apple team is running like Mafia now and they don’t bother about customer issue.
PS: I wanted to post a photo of my phone but it is still with the service center.
