Complaint against fake calls regarding lucky draw contest sales

I paid 7000 for lucky draw from snap deal that was mahindra xuv 500 and 16900 from snap deal 1st prize but niether I got money nor prize I need my money back. this is a fraud and cheating people on behalf of lucky draw products are duplicate fake calls and messages selling duplicate products …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
