Complaint against fake calls regarding lucky draw contest sales

I paid 7000 for lucky draw from snap deal that was mahindra xuv 500 and 16900 from snap deal 1st prize but niether I got money nor prize I need my money back. this is a fraud and cheating people on behalf of lucky draw products are duplicate fake calls and messages selling duplicate products at high prizes

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
