Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.848/-: Mrs. Sabahat Sisodia of Dwarka, New Delhi (sabahatsisodia[@]gmail.com) ordered a Blue Tooth headset on 23rd October with shopclues.com but the product was not delivered even after three weeks. Refund from Spice Jet – Rs.5,908/-: Ms. Bidisha Chakraborty of Barasat – 700126, West Bengal (Email: bidishachakraborty0106[at]gmail.com) cancelled her Spice Jet, Mumbai-Kolkata-Mumbai ticket on 10-06-2014. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed.
